Bridge Buttress Autumn Views

The New River Gorge has many overlooks and interesting spots that are just off the beaten path but are often more rewarding than the better-known viewpoints. This is a climbing area I keep returning to. It provides a window that perfectly frames the bridge by the stone cliff and overhanging conifers, with the morning sun highlighting the fog and autumn foliage within.
